To receive a PhD degree in Economics from Tbilisi State University Mr. Charaia accomplished PhD researches at European University at St. Petersburg (Russia), Passau University (Germany), Institute of Government Accounts and Finance (India), University of Tartu (Estonia), University of Bremen (Germany), George Washington University (USA).
