In the international scientific journal – DIZZW, within the framework of the Gruni grant project, an article by the guest professor of the same university, Ms. Khatia Thandilashvili, was published. The author covered such problematic issues as: the rights of crime victims, the prerequisites for access to criminal cases, and the issue of recognition as a victim. European and international standards are analyzed in the paper. A lot of space is given to comparative analysis.
