GRUNI Launches Authorized Microsoft Testing Center

An Authorized Microsoft Testing Center has been officially established at Grigol Robakidze University (GRUNI) on 25 December 2025, marking a significant step forward in the development of internationally recognized digital education. The launch of this centre strengthens GRUNI’s commitment to equipping students and professionals with globally relevant IT skills.

The initiative has been implemented in collaboration with Progress Academy and focuses on aligning professional competencies with international standards. As part of the project, the first group of participants successfully completed Microsoft Excel certification courses, highlighting the practical value and high quality of the training program.

The courses are designed to balance theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical training, enabling participants to apply their skills effectively in real professional environments. The program is led by Zurab Munjishvili, a highly experienced IT expert with over 35 years of industry experience, including work with global technology leaders such as Microsoft and Intel.

Through the Authorised Microsoft Testing Centre, participants receive official Microsoft international certificates, recognised worldwide. These certifications significantly enhance graduates’ career prospects and competitiveness in both local and international job markets.
