The dissertation defense of the Ph.D. student of the School
of Law Irine Rokva was held at Grigol Robakidze University.
The topic was “Access to the Court: Civil Procedure Rightand The Framework of Its Limitation”.
The scientific supervisor was Doctor of Law, Professor,
Valerian Khrustali.
The Certification-Expert Committee considered it possible to award Irine Rokva a PhD Degree in Law. The decision was forwarded to the University Dissertation Board.
