IMF Experts Visit Grigol Robakidze University
On November 7, Grigol Robakidze University welcomed experts from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) at the invitation of the Vice-Rector, Professor Vakhtang Charaia. The guests included Borislava Mircheva and Bilal Tabti from the IMF headquarters in Washington, along with the IMF Resident Representative in Georgia, Andrew Jewell.
The meeting focused on discussing current global economic trends and the challenges influencing economic stability, with particular emphasis on Georgia and the surrounding region. Students and faculty actively participated in the session, asking questions and engaging in thoughtful dialogue with the experts.
This event once again demonstrated the role of Grigol Robakidze University as a significant international academic and analytical center, supporting student development and encouraging their involvement in global economic discussions.
