We are pleased to announce that, in the spirit of striving for excellence in science and promoting the global dissemination of knowledge, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Grigol Robakidze University and the University of Kota, Rajasthan, India. On behalf of Grigol Robakidze University, the document was signed by Professor Vakhtang Charaia. The memorandum is founded on the principles of openness, fairness, and equality, aiming to generate mutual benefits by uniting academic and research spaces.

Within the framework of this MoU, both parties express their readiness to develop constructive, result-oriented, and mutually beneficial cooperation, which will foster the strengthening of close academic and scientific ties between the two universities. The memorandum provides a foundation for planning and implementing new joint projects, initiatives, and strategic programs, significantly enriching the experience of both institutions and enhancing their engagement on the international stage.

The main objective of the memorandum is to promote coordinated academic activities between the universities, which includes:

• Planning and implementation of joint scientific projects,
• Sharing of research resources, publications, and teaching materials,
• Mutual access to library and digital infrastructure,
