Students Celebrate Founder’s Day at Grigol Robakidze University
On October 28, the students of Grigol Robakidze University celebrated Founder’s Day. To mark the anniversary of the university’s founder, students organized a special event filled with performances, fun activities and warm memories.
During the event, students recalled Grigol Robakidze’s contribution to Georgian literature and culture, as well as his educational legacy. They shared readings, musical numbers, and discussions dedicated to Robakidze’s ideas, emphasising his lasting influence on Georgian intellectual thought.
The celebration concluded with a theatrical performance inspired by Grigol Robakidze’s famous works, including “The Snake’s Skin” and “The Demon”. The play, created and performed by university students, captured the spirit of the writer’s timeless creativity and cultural importance.
